To be honest we didn't wait that long.
We both had the Medium Steak pie which had just been freshly made.
I had chips & veg with gravy & Sue had Mash with hers. (See photos)
The pies were full of large pieces of meat & gravy no fillers or potato !
Very tasty & also freshly cooked as is all the homemade food at The Crows Nest.
We managed a pudding each (I have Chocolate caramel cheesecake & Sue had Rhubarb crumble & cream) in the name of reviewing but only just !
The portions here are generous & also the prices are reasonable.
Very good home cooked food awaits & they also do seafood.
Also on the menu are ribs & pork knuckle & lamb shank etc with 24hr notice (See photos)
I definitely recommend The Crows Nest !
No wonder when we spoke to another couple there who said it was their local.
We will be back when in the area again.

We found this warm, friendly little place after a google search of where to eat near our apartment. Sam was welcoming, made time to chat to us and Dave cooks the nicest food from scratch. A real little gem of a place. We will definitely be returning.

We've been in Mojacar for 2 weeks and just found this literal gem of a place. Staff were very welcoming, had the most delicious tasty steak and gravy, buttery mash and cooked to perfection vegetables . Lots of menu options all freshly cooked so some need 24hrs notice. Great atmosphere, fantastic food, wonderful staff. Will definitely go again. Locals highly recommend the food especially the Sunday roast. Great value.

Ribs were excellent so was the sea bass vegetables steamed perfectly. Home-made carrot cake and custard was delightful. Definite win for a dining option. Had a short walk from our hotel to this little gem... After 6 weeks on the road had a beautiful good old fashioned British meal... Superb service, extremely friendly and the food was gorgeous.. Thank you..

THE CROW'S NEST An excellent, cosy little restaurant/bar, whose relaxed ambience and delicious food, cooked to perfection for you, by it's talented chef. It's reputation makes it popular with locals and visitors alike. Definitely worth a visit.

Having looked at the Menu online, I contacted Dave and Sam to ask if they would make me a large Steak pie to take away, as I had friends coming round for a meal.
They accepted this and made the best Pie, (and Gravy) that my wife, I and our guests have ever tasted.
Dave appears to be a humble gentleman though you can tell that he is certainly passionate about his food.
We will be soon booking for dinner at the Crow's nest and I am already looking forward to sampling more from their Menu.

Recommend this restaurant. Friendly, good service and excellent food. We had drinks and beef stroganoff which was the best thing I’ve tasted in a long time. If you’re in the area you must try it! Very reasonable to.

We visited The Crow's Nest last night for my birthday and Davey and Sam couldn't have been any better hosts! We had a lovely meal (I had steak pie and my fella had sausage and mash) and both were absolutely smashing! We thoroughly enjoyed the quiz and got a great vibe from the place and will definitely return :) Thanks so much guys!

A really lovely evening. Small place with a big heart. The food is homemade by Dave and is delicious - seriously! It is! Sam gives you a very warm welcome. Would highly recommend

I went on a Thursday nights with friends. We had a lovely time, took part in the weekly quiz and enjoyed a very good beer for a fair price. We had a blast! Highly recommended.
